CSIR UGC NET JRF June 2016 Result

CSIR NETCouncil of Scientific and Industrial research conduct the CSIR UGC (University Grants Commission) NET (National Eligibility Test) 2016 exam. The Exam was conducted on 19th June 2016. Candidates who will clear UGC NET 2016 Exam can eligible for Assistant Professor or Junior Research Fellowship (JRF). The result will be declared online on Human Resource Development Group CSIR website. Candidate may indicate their preference in the online Application for JRF or Lectureship. This preference depending on number of fellowship available and performance in the test.

 The HRDG generate two separate merit list, first list comprising the candidate qualifying for the reward of JRF-NET and the second list of those candidates qualifying the Eligibility Test for Lectureship (NET), will be made on the basis of their performance in the test. Candidates, who qualify JRF (NET), will also be eligible for Lectureship subject and the candidates who qualify Lectureship will be eligible for recruitment as well as for JRF ship in a project.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates who belonging to the General and OBC-Non Creamy Layer must secured the 55% marks and ST/SC , physically and visually handicapped candidate must secured 50% marks in M.sc or equivalent degree/ integrated BS-MS/ BS-4 years/ BE/ B.Tech/ B.Pharma/ MBBS.
  • Candidates who are pursuing in M.Sc or having 10+2+3 year degree, they can apply for this exam.
  • Candidates who are having B.Sc (Hons.) or candidates enrolled in integrated M.S-PhD program with at least 55% marks for General and OBC-Non Creamy Layer and 50% marks for SC/ST, physically and visually handicapped.
  • Candidates with bachelor’s degree will be eligible for CSIR.

Age Limit

JRF (NET): Maximum 28 years as on 1st January 2016. Candidate who belonging to ST/SC/OBC/ Physically handicapped/ visually handicapped and female applicant get the upper age limit relaxed up to 5 years.

LS (NET): No upper age limit.

How to apply through online Application

  • Candidates go on to the official website csirhrdg.res.in
  • Eligible candidates are required to download Bank Challan.
  • Deposit the expected examination fee in Indian Bank.
  • Candidates must fulfill the all personal details and certificates related to the educational qualification their online application form.
  • After complete the online application process, candidates are required to take print out of the application form.
  • Send this application form with all required documents to the Deputy Secretary, Human Resource Development Group.

The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research NET merit list consist the candidates Roll No., Rank, Marks obtained and separate list for JRF and Lectureship NET. The number of candidates registered for test, number of candidates appeared in test, complexity level of test, reservation norm and numbers of candidates required are affecting factors of CSIR UGC NET Result 2016. The candidates need to visit the official website of CSIR and check the CSIR UGC NET Result 2016. The result will be display the name of shortlisted candidates. The lectureship will be offered to candidates according the merit list. Candidates who will clear the CSIR NET exam, they candidates eligible for Assistant Professor in Government or Private Collages. Eligible candidates will be given scholarship by CSIR.
